- Oversee the operations team & manage daily operations for import/export order fulfilment. Ensure all shipments and activities are compliance with laws, regulations & company SOPs
- Ensure accurate documentations including Booking, Bill of Lading, Permit Declarations, etc
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs & efficiency
- Supervise & train staffs for better work performance& productivity
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate overall logistics performance and implement improvements
- Resolve any complaints or issues to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage budgetary control for the department & ensure optimal resources utilisation
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 4-6 years of relevant experiences in Logistics Operations and Freight Forwarding background will have added advantageous
- Strong knowledge in Export & Import shipments, Permit Declarations, Bill of Lading
