Job Description & Major Responsibilities:
· Service Engineers install, service, support, upgrade and maintain product
· To perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments
· Diagnose equipment problems and make repairs or adjustment
· Understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extensive electronic troubleshooting
· Being a Service Engineer, this person is to support the team in meeting customers’ expectations and company’s expectations
· Able to support technically inclined
· Direct support to customers’ fab and the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction amongst our customers
Requirements:
· To attend weekly meeting and presentation
· To write technical report
· To handle specific jigs during service jobs
· Assist other colleagues to perform higher-level job like robot teaching & sub-units
· To perform 24x7 standby duties based on roster
· To perform ad-hoc shift work when needed when required.
· To perform ad-hoc delivery work
· Able to setup machine/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair
· Able to work irregular hours when required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
· Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and customers
· Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills
Require good communication skills, documentation and customer service skills
