Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Customer Service Executive to join our team. The

primary responsibility of this role is to engage with new clients, ensuring their needs are met with

excellence from the first point of contact and throughout their journey with us. Additionally, the successful

candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional after-sales service, addressing inquiries and concerns

promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with new clients to build rapport, instil confidence, and provide outstanding customer service.

- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure smooth service delivery.

- Adapt to ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Enthusiasm for client interaction and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, capable of working independently and managing

priorities effectively.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with administrative tasks.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Immediate availability to start work.
