Event Sales Executive
Job Info:
- Salary: $ 2,500 - $2,700 + Comm
- Benefits: Medical and Dental Claim
- Working Day: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- : 9am to 1pm (Saturday - Report to office only when necessary)
- Location: Sungei Kadut
Job Responsibilities
- Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals.
- Build and manage good relationship with new and existing clienteles.
- Creating official quotation with estimate software
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Handling client project enquiries on specifications and lead-time
- Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation.
- Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
- Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project related.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- On-the -Job Training provided
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with the preparation of official quotation with standard online template
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High-level communication and networking skills
- Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designer, production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project.
