Responsibilities:
- Attend and handle customer enquiries.
- Provides education and communications to customers on compliance of conduct
- Provide administrative support on sales related function, purchasing and customer service enquiries
- Participate in company’s customer events
- Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Has experience in customer service and compliance related work
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive working attitude and a team player
