Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Business Development Strategist focused on youth development. This role involves shaping the education landscape in Singapore by partnering with school leaders. We are looking for a driven individual who thrives on providing strategic consultancy and advisory services on learning solutions and interventions.

What you'll do:
- Proactively reach out to MOE schools through cold calling to introduce and promote our Youth Development
programs. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with school teachers and decision-makers to expand our network of educational partners.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and ensuring ongoing sales.
- Identify learning gaps and present effective solutions to address those needs.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve sales targets and program implementation success.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of our programs and ensure their long-term sustainability and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about new educational trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance program development.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of goals and initiatives.
