While your primary responsibility will be curriculum development, you will still be required to teach, albeit less frequently than the coaches, as your main focus will be Curriculum Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Curriculum Design: Spearhead the development and refinement of educational materials by setting and revising questions that align with curriculum objectives.
- Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with educators to integrate innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Preparation of Coach Copies: Direct the preparation of Coach Copies with detailed solutions and streamline the presentation of complex concepts to foster a deeper understanding among students.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze student performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic adjustments in curriculum design and delivery.
- Continuous Enhancement: Regularly assess and improve curriculum materials to cater to the diverse needs of learners.
- Educator Support: Provide training and ongoing support to teachers for effective curriculum delivery.
- Teaching Responsibilities: Conduct classes, ensuring that the curriculum is effectively delivered and that students are engaged and learning, though with a lesser teaching load compared to coaches.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong expertise in curriculum development and educational pedagogy.
- In-depth knowledge of the Primary and/or Secondary Math syllabus and curriculum.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for education.
