About the Client
Our client is a reputed System Integrator.
Responsibilities
· Collaborating with software engineers, developers, and system administrators to identify and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
· Developing and implementing software components that enhance system functionality, efficiency, and stability.
· Conducting system analysis and recommending improvements or modifications to existing software systems.
· Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to system software, including diagnosing root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and integration of system software with existing infrastructure and applications.
Skills/Requirement
· Experience supporting applications in a Linux environment.
· Strong scripting skills – Python, Bash, Shell, Perl
· An understanding of monitoring, and performance management
· Excellent verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
· Strong ownership experience and a track record of delivering results.
· Experience developing tools and/or automating processes.
· Experience with supporting FIX protocol
· Experience with application monitoring systems such as ITRS Geneos
· Experience with Control-M job scheduling
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or required.
Working Hours7am - 4pm, 8am – 5pm Including 1 hour lunch break, Rotation on weekend (comp-off)
Number Of Working Days Per Week-Monday to Friday (5 days work week)
Rest Day Per Week: Saturday is non-working day. Sunday is rest day.
