About the Client
Our client is a reputed System Integrator.
Responsibilities
· Support Windows and RHEL servers hosted in Nutanix/Hyper V and AWS
· Provide 24x7 operation support and fast service recovery - AD administration, creation, modification, deletion of user id, groups, permissions, gpo policy.
· Ensure all systems are configured and set up according to the agency security standards and requirement.
· Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
· Provide timely status updates to relevant parties. - Perform change management and service request related to client platforms.
· Any adhoc duties as required.
Skills/Requirement
· Experience in Windows and RHEL servers hosted in Nutanix/HyperV and AWS
· Hands on experience in AD administration, creation, modification, deletion of user id, groups, permissions, gpo policy
· Experience in Incident Management
Working Hours: 7am - 4pm, 8am – 5pm Including 1 hour lunch break, Rotation on weekend (comp-off)
Number Of Working Days Per Week-Monday to Friday (5 days work week)
Rest Day Per Week: Saturday is non-working day. Sunday is rest day.
