Job info:
- 8am to 5:30pm (Monday to Saturday)
- Basic $2,700 - $3,000 + Commission

Job Objective:
- Incharge of handling customer queries, requests, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with team to arrange deliveries schedule.
- Manage sales inquiries, quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents.
- Provide after-sales services related to replacements, feedback, and repairs.
- Follow up with existing customers and seek out new customers to close sales.
- Regularly visit customers to ensure their orders and requirements are met to their satisfaction, both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with team to handle customer complaints, quality issues, and feedback. Implement the sales and marketing plan approved by management.
- Lead and motivate team members.
- Enhance and update the team's technical and soft skills.
- Conduct sales presentations and attend on-site and off-site meetings.
- Perform other functions and duties as assigned from time to time.
