Sales Executive

Dynamic and innovative ICT solutions provider to the financial services industry. Seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive with at least one year of sales experience selling network infrastructure solutions to FSI.


Job Description:

  • Drive sales and expand customer base within small to mid-size banks.
  • Sell ICT solutions (WIFI, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, co-location).
  • 50% hunting, 50% farming.
  • Report to Senior Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate ICT solutions.
  • Tailor solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with sales team on strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 1- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT selling to fintech.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (Diploma minimum).
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is an advantage.
