Dynamic and innovative ICT solutions provider to the financial services industry. Seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive with at least one year of sales experience selling network infrastructure solutions to FSI.
Job Description:
- Drive sales and expand customer base within small to mid-size banks.
- Sell ICT solutions (WIFI, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, co-location).
- 50% hunting, 50% farming.
- Report to Senior Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Present and demonstrate ICT solutions.
- Tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with sales team on strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 1- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in ICT selling to fintech.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions in financial services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred (Diploma minimum).
- Familiarity with the financial services industry is an advantage.
