Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram,Tik Tok, Little Red Book etc.
- Create engaging content and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Organise and execute marketing events to promote our brand and products, ensuring seamless coordination and high impact results.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ yrs) in social media marketing, preferably in the luxury or retail sectors.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
- excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design and video production.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time.
- Creative and has the ability to problem solve and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
