Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to and handle customer requests and queries.
- Resolve incidents by troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues, and analyzing system logs for potential issues.
- Fulfill change requests, service requests, and close problem tickets, including applying OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and vulnerability assessments to ensure security compliance and system hardening.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE.
- 5-10 years of experience in network and security management.
- Have experience in supporting firewall and network equipment such as Cisco switches, Check Point, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to information security.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English & Mandarin
