1. Job Summary
The Strategic Partner Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing partnerships for UGKS Limousine Pte Ltd's airport transfer and limousine services in Singapore. This role involves sourcing new customers, establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, recruiting qualified drivers, overseeing customer bookings, and ensuring the highest quality of service.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Business Development and Partnership Management:
- Customer Sourcing: Identify and secure new customers for airport transfer and limousine services through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Partnership Building: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, event organizers, and other relevant partners to promote UGKS's services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
2.2 Driver Recruitment and Management:
- Driver Sourcing: Identify and recruit qualified drivers for airport transfer and limousine services, ensuring they meet the company's standards and possess the necessary licenses.
- Driver Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new drivers, including training on company policies, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
- Driver Relations: Maintain strong relationships with drivers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure high driver satisfaction and retention.
2.3 Customer Booking Oversight:
- Booking Management: Oversee the customer booking process to ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and efficiently managed.
- Customer Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding their bookings, including confirmations, updates, and any changes.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to customer bookings, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2.4 Service Quality Assurance:
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of services provided to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all services and drivers comply with relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
2.5 Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand UGKS's market presence and increase revenue.
- Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of business development and partnership efforts.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, partnership status, and performance metrics.
3. Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of [Insert Years] years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
