Job Description
The main objective of this position is to support MS Teams Telephony and SharePoint. Additionally, you are part of the global team and taking part in migration projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Managing ServiceNow tickets.
- System Improvement
- Automating the compilation of monthly usage statistics.
- Enhancing the monitoring of SharePoint and MS Teams, including data feeds.
- Managing critical systems globally.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a 3rd line support role for SharePoint applications (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud) and MS Teams/Teams Telephony.
- Expertise and proficiency in the following technologies: MS Teams, MS Teams Telephony, SharePoint Online and On-Premises, IIS, Microsoft Azure, Windows Operating Systems, Azure and PowerShell
- Strong commercial awareness and a continuous drive to maximize business value delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
