Job Description
- Operate 3D CAM software to generate NC programs needed for milling operations
- Perform splitting of electrode from mold design
- Liaise with mold designer and process in charge on job requirements
- Provide machining drawing and setup sheet for machining operation
- Carry out quality checks and troubleshoot when necessary
- Design jig and fixture for ease of machining
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Must have hands on experience in milling operation and good experience in CAM programming
- Good knowledge in mold-making and cutting technology
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to perform overtime
