- Organization/Job Design
- HR Business partnering by having a deep understanding of our business Culture (Vision/Mission/Values/Principles) and ensuring that HR strategies and processes align and support our business goals. Inculcating this culture to all the staff during onboarding and orientation.
- Work with line managers to provide advice, support and follow-up on employee inquiries relating to administrative support, employee benefits, HR policies clarification and practices.
- Provide support to any other HR related project and duties as assigned.
