Working Hours: 40 hours / 5 days work week
Reporting to Boutique Manager
Based on individual comms (if good able to hit 4 digits)
Prefer from beauty/skincare industry if experienced candidates.
1 round interview with Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and delivering the customer experience on both products and service
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Managing counter processes and daily operations, including counter maintenance and stock management
- Participate in monthly stock take exercises
- Participate in consumer events
- Build and keep track of own customer base and follow up with product replenishment and loyalty programs
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of retail experience in beauty cosmetic industry
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Simple counter operation experience such as POS and cashiering
- Ability to engage and stay connected with customers and attentive follow-up skills
- Beauty Advisor with more years of experience will be considered as Senior Beauty Advisors
