Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process policy alterations for Life and Accident & Health policies.
- Support inquiries from policyholders and financial representatives.
- Mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory compliance.
- Manage drop box and email submissions efficiently.
The successful Policy Administration Professional must possess prior experience in assessing and processing policy alterations, supporting inquiries from policyholders and financial representatives.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- 1-2 years’ insurance or financial sector experience preferred.
- Accurate transaction processing and adherence to service standards.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
