Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive in our outbound call center, you will play a crucial role in delivering product updates and information to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide product updates and information following a prescribed script and FAQ.
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate, and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Achieve individual and team performance KPIs and goals.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all interactions with customers.
The successful Customer Service Executive must possess success in making outbound calls, engage with customers professionally and achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound call centers.
- Preferred background in insurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- A good team player with the ability to multitask and meet stringent service standards.
- Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work.
- High level of integrity, taking accountability for work and demonstrating good teamwork.
- Proactive in improving current processes and adaptable to embracing new changes.
