- Appointment booking for patients
- Frontline counter duties
- Call centre scope
- Data Entry
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/ Diploma cert in any field of study
- Entry level - no related exp needed, training provided
- Possess some customer service / admin experience would be advantageous
- Open to work 2 or 3 shift preferred
