- Leading and managing the IT support team to provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Developing and implementing IT support policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. Monitoring the performance of IT systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate with IT vendor proactively to ensure quick resolution to all IT issues reported by end users if applicable.
- Perform periodic check on network and data security in all systems which have access to company data.
- Provide technical support of hardware and software for computer, printer, network and other IT peripherals.
- Resolve or coordinate the resolution of issues with other internal teams and/or the respective vendors o Internal IT Support.
