Candidate will participate in the following tasks:
· Lead in business proposals
· Assist in the writing of business proposal submissions
· Review of tender contractual requirements
· Provide advise on legal and contractual matters
· Maintain and develop relations with clients, sub-consultants and business partners
Requirements:
· A recognized degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying
· Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
· Those with legal and contractural background will have added advantage
· Proficient in MS Office applications and PowerPoint Presentations
· Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Possess excellent people skills
· Candidates with good relevant qualifications and experience will be considered for senior positions
