We are representing a client in the food manufacturing industry in hiring for a Key Account Executive/Senior Executive.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for assigned channels, focusing on building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role is crucial for understanding market trends, promoting the brand, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Margin Achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Ensure prompt payment collection.
Sales Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence.
- Present findings and recommendations to management.
Marketing Collaboration

- Train and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Provide support and motivation to achieve sales goals.
Professional Representation
- Represent the company professionally with customers and vendors.

Requirements
- Diploma or higher.
- Experience with managing retail accounts such as supermarkets and/or other retailers.
- Proven experience in retail FMCG sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
