Job Description
- To be actively involved in the care of residents on a daily basis.
- To be responsible for promoting best practice evidence based standards of nursing care.
- To be responsible for promoting the independence of residents by communicating with them and encouraging their active participation in care decisions.
- Admission, transfer and discharge of patients
- Patient care activities, e.g. observing, monitoring and reporting of patients’ conditions and progress. Escalate and notify RN of all unusual and / or untoward observations or happenings.
- Preparation of trolleys and equipment.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in Nursing
- Vacancies for both Enrolled Nurses and Staff Nurses
- Comfortable working in Nursing Home
- Flexi hours (Morning Shift/Afternoon Shift)
