Job Description
At Siena Health, the Product Development Executive is responsible for identifying and discovering products that bring benefits to our customers in all aspects of health, skincare and haircare. You will be involved with sourcing and also helping to develop products for us. You will work with operations and closely with counterpart suppliers and the marketing team.
Key Role and Responsibilities
The Product Development Executive will need to be in the know about market trends, consumer insights, and commercial viability of products and is always ready to discover unique products to expand our existing product line. You need to be passionate about supplements and know the difference between magnesium oxide and magnesium glycinate. You're also an outstanding project team player who is able to manage and coordinate our suppliers and marketing team to prioritize and launch products on schedule and within specifications.
You will be playing an active role:
- To maintain a master sourcing list to track potential and existing suppliers comparing lead time, cost, quality, and other specifications.
- To service and develop relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- To be familiar with the regulatory requirements of products to launch in different markets.
- To relentlessly follow up with suppliers and counterparts, ensure datelines are met and take initiative at work.
- To maintain and check product documentation (ie: Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet, Final Artwork, etc.)
- To handle the procurement of medication, raw materials, packaging material, etc.
- To source for shipping logistics based on budget and lead time available.
- To lead research and generate technical product information for sales & marketing purposes
- To be responsible for expanding market share and exploring new business opportunities including exclusive distribution rights for products
- To manage the forecasting supply and demand of products.
- Be intimately involved with clinic operations
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be discovery-driven, be proactive, take initiative, and have a keen eye for unique products. You will also need to be knowledgeable in many areas such as different product regulations, logistics, and nutraceutical raw materials.

This role is a training ground for individuals who will eventually become:
- Product Development Lead and/or Purchase Lead

We’re looking for:
Your Experience
- At least 2 years in procurement / product development
- Experience in healthcare / FMCG / nutraceutical / pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
Your Skills
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task, proactive, and take initiative
