The Role
As the Head of Sales for our growing Singapore office, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across new business in the US, Europe, and Asia. You will lead a high-performing team of four Account Executives – two based in the US, one in Europe, and one in Asia. Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets across the regions, and your secondary focus will be on building out the systems and processes behind the go-to-market motion to increase efficiency and generate valuable data. You will also be responsible for coaching, developing, and mentoring your team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented sales environment, and enshrining the sales process within the Hubspot CRM to measure conversions and drive iterative change.
What You'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for assigned territories (US, Europe, Asia)
- Develop and document a coherent sales process and then enshrine that process within Hubspot so it can be measured and iteratively improved.
- Develop reports and dashboards within Hubspot that surface the data the business needs to make adjustments to plans.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing Account Executives as appropriate
- Set clear goals and quotas for your team, and hold them accountable for achieving results
- Coach and develop your team members, providing ongoing training and mentorship in sales techniques, product knowledge, and deal negotiation
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Management role, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue both as an IC and a manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle and B2B sales methodologies (MEDDPICC & BANT)
- Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams across diverse geographical locations
- Experience developing and managing a sales process inside Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sales data
