Mandatory Requirement:
Business analyst with knowledge of general insurance domain, digital platforms and/or end to end business transformation. Experience with agile methodology and business process design. Ideally have more experience of documenting business requirements (vs technical requirements) and some experience as lead BA on previous projects.
Knowledge on BCM Transformation.
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry, with a focus on digital platforms and/or business transformation programs.
Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the insurance sector, particularly in policy management, claims processing, or underwriting or sales.
Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, and develop solutions.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, compliance.
Strong understanding of policy management systems, their functionalities, and integrations with other systems (e.g., billing, claims, customer relationship management).
Proficiency in agile way of working and collaboration tools, such as Jira, or Confluence.
Experience as a lead or senior BA is a plus.
Experience working across multiple markets and/or Asian markets is a plus.
Project management experience is a plus.
Knowledge on BCM Transformation.
