Responsibilities:
- Source, select, and match candidates to suitable roles who meet the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
- Brief candidates on positions and interview processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and the expansion of services.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded in the system.
- Adhere to quality procedures and recommend operational improvements to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Possesses strong knowledge and proficiency in current staffing methodologies and relevant labor laws.
- Demonstrates excellent skills in both communication and fostering strong professional relationships.
- Exhibits outstanding ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized work processes.
- Capable of handling issues and difficult situations with a high degree of diplomacy and tact.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and highly dynamic work environment, remaining actively engaged and effective.
- Ability to overcome objections and demonstrate persistence in achieving goals.
- Holding a CEI certification is considered a significant advantage.
