Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource & Admin Executive to join our team (Part time / Full Time). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The Human Resource & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested.
- Maintaining office security.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Review and organize mails regularly.
- Answering phone and emails.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Managing travel arrangements.
- Process travel expenses and reimbursements.
Human Resources :
- Responsible for the company's recruitment, training, employee entry, transfer, resignation.
- salary, attendance and other comprehensive management
- Strictly implement the company's various systems, input all kinds of information in time
- organize data regularly, and issue data analysis results to superior leaders
- Expand and maintain recruitment channels and publish and update online recruitment information
- Implement recruitment, staff training and performance evaluation on time and with good quality
- Establish and maintain personnel files, staff roster, and update staff's personal information
- and materials in time
- Responsible for the signing of labor contracts and daily management of employees
- Assist leaders in writing, revising and implementing various personnel rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Human Resource & Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
