Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team (Part time / Full Time). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized and tidy workspace.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested.
- Maintaining office security.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Review and organize mails regularly.
- Answering phones and emails.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Managing travel arrangements.
- Process travel expenses and reimbursements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
