Duration : 12 months contract
Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm

Your main focus will be on the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects of the project and collaborate with Agency users to:
- Gather, define, and manage the Agency's business requirements
- Develop the business case and Tender Specifications
- Evaluate and deliver ICT capabilities that align with Singapore's vision of a Smart Nation.
- Recommend ICT solutions that best meet the needs
- Prioritize product backlog through thorough information gathering and analysis with stakeholders, contributing to the development of Functional/Design specifications
- Review testing and data conversion documents to ensure specifications are met
- Facilitate smooth deployment, adoption, and operations of the solution, analyzing the impact of requested changes during the Operations & Maintenance phase
- Work closely with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical issues as needed during the Operations & Maintenance phase
- Your role as a Business Analyst is essential in ensuring the successful implementation of ICT solutions that support Singapore's Smart Nation initiative. Your ability to gather and analyze information, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the project forward will be key in achieving the desired outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience for Consultant and 5 years of working experience for Senior Consultant.
- Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology.
- Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solutioning and design, and testing.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders. - Consulting or Business Analysis experience.
- Business Analysis certification (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)).
- Knowledge of, or experience in implementing projects in at least one of the following areas: Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, Service Design, Cloud Solutioning.
