Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. This role requires a strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath;
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions;
- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar;
- Strong understanding of process automation and workflow management;
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or .NET;
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Desired Skill-set
- RPA certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional);
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence integration in RPA solutions;
Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc;
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows;
- Implement end-to-end automation solutions, including bot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of RPA bots to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Provide support and training to users on RPA tools and best practices;
- Document process automation and create technical documentation for RPA solutions;
