Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinic Assistant at Amber Family Clinic in Singapore.
As a Clinic Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative and patient service tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic. These include managing patient appointments, maintaining medical records, handling phone inquiries, assisting with billing and payments, and providing support to the medical team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic in delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a team
- A friendly and compassionate attitude towards patients
- Fluency in English and proficency in other langauges is a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred
