Job Responsibility:
- Provide operations and administrative support to department projects (transformation, innovation and quality improvement initiatives)
- Provide support to the establishment of new clinical services, covering services in hospital setting, shared care models with primary and community partners.
- Working closely with stakeholders on project management.
- Support project on aspect of planning, financial and budgetary assessment, approval to execution,
- Provide timely status updates on projects.
- Provide guidance to team by demonstrating good knowledge of project management, operational excellence, financial planning, workflow design, data collection, reporting and analysis
Job Requirements
- 6-8 years industry experience in a healthcare institution, with experience in leading and managing teams preferred
- Good knowledge of project management, operational excellence, financial planning, workflow design, data collection, reporting and analysis in order to provide guidance to your team.
- Experience in practical aspects of project management (operational technology systems in a healthcare organisation)
- Good collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Organised, meticulous individual with good project management kills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written skills, oral communications and presentation skills
