Job Description:
· Lead and execute strategic campaigns and oversee tactical activities such as in-person events, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects, ensuring smooth logistics and timely milestone achievements.
· Monitor and track campaign progress using various marketing metrics, providing comprehensive post-event evaluation, reporting, and analysis.
· Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and leverage opportunities that enhance lead generation activities.
· Designing posters, creating videos, employer branding, decorating the office for seasonal festivities and engaging in team-building activities specifically related to marketing.
· Developing and managing marketing strategies and budgets.
· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate trends, enhance branding awareness, and stay ahead of competition ventures.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Computer Science or relevant discipline.
· At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the IT industry.
· Experience in B2B event management or content creation is advantageous.
· Proficiency in MS Office and marketing-related software/tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
· Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a dynamic team environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
· Exceptional multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
