- Responsible on the processing of work/employment pass application, renewal and cancellation and other MOM related matters.
- Preparation of relevant letters and Memos (Offer Letter, Employees contract and memos for workers etc).
- Assist in payroll preparation.
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
- Handles employees welfare and leave administration.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate. Maintenance and administration of employees personal file.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Experience Required:
- 2 years related working experience is an advantage
- Possess good communication skills (English) both oral and written
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Able to communicate effectively to different types of Nationality
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and adaptable to change
