HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Ysb Construction & Trading Pte Ltd

  1. Responsible on the processing of work/employment pass application, renewal and cancellation and other MOM related matters.
  2. Preparation of relevant letters and Memos (Offer Letter, Employees contract and memos for workers etc).
  3. Assist in payroll preparation.
  4. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
  5. Handles employees welfare and leave administration.
  6. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate. Maintenance and administration of employees personal file.
  7. Provide general administrative support.
  8. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.


Experience Required:

- 2 years related working experience is an advantage

- Possess good communication skills (English) both oral and written

- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

- Able to communicate effectively to different types of Nationality

- Able to work independently, self-motivated and adaptable to change
