We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team. This position will be reporting to the Manager based in Singapore to support in the daily freight forwardng operations related to the Singapore office.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (TANK DEPARTMENT)
- Plan, organize and coordinate the movement of shipments based on customer/nominated office for export/importmovement inclusive of booking confirmation and meeting customer’s requirements.
- To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to both customer/agents & the internal system.
- To ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly and sent on time to customers and updating the internal system.
- To offer sailing schedules and arrange booking with carrier, when required.
- To prepare invoices timely to customers/agents timely.
- To coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure isotanks are ready for survey/collection.
- Any other work assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
- 1year of working experience in the Operations. It will be an added advantage if candidate has experience in handling isotanks export shipment.
- This person needs to have basic understanding in iso tanks shipment, good working relationship with the team and able to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Skillset requirement including being proficient in ms word, excel, paying attention to details, able to multitask and handle stress.
