Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts on MYOB accounting software
- Payroll entries and CPF submission.
- Generating invoices and follow up on customers payment
- Reconciliation of statements and ageing report
- Bank Reconciliation
- Job costing
- intercompany reconciliation
- Processing of payment, data entry to accounting system, internet bank transfer and etc
- Other Accounts and finance admin duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- LCCI/Diploma in Accounting experiences. Fresh graduated are welcome
- High integrity, an eye for detail, a team player who can work independently with minimum supervision
- Bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin (as required to communicate with Mandarin speaking colleagues)
