Job description
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with existing systems.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users.
- Create documentation such as user manuals, technical documents, and process flow diagrams.
- Continuously monitor and optimize Dynamics 365 applications to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
