Job Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on-site, provide turnover training, system updates, and pre-sales demos.
- Improve customer workflows, adjust system parameters, and implement new methods.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent support and care.
- Develop and deliver application training courses, and support pre-sales activities.
- Participate in trade fairs, gather competitor information, study new products, and travel within the SEA region.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Diagnostic Radiography
- Minimum 1-3 years of exp in diagnostic imaging and intervention market.
- Cardio Vascular exp would be highly advantageous.
