Responsibilities:
Coordination:
- Primary contact for waste collection at customer sites.
- Oversee daily waste collection, logistics, container inspections, and electronic waste consignment.
Customer Interaction:
- Collaborate with customer site coordinators and Environmental Specialists.
- Assist in planning shutdown maintenance for waste containment.
- Follow up on customer emails and updates.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies.
- Arrange orientation and training for staff.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies on licenses and permits.
Process Improvement:
- Review and improve waste collection processes.
- Attend contractor meetings and report to the Assistant Manager.
- Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions.
Customer Care:
- Manage customer satisfaction and address complaints.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Industrial project management experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Holding industrial permits is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site, including weekends and public holidays.
