Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve export sales targets and expand the company's global market presence.
- Identify and establish relationships with key distributors, agents, and customers in target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and payment of goods.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; additional language skills are a plus.
