Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide internal support as needed
- Handle quotation requests and address all inquiries
- Generate interest from potential clients through cold calling or other methods
- Provide weekly updates on the funnel report for all quotations sent out
- Monitor renewals for potential and existing projects, sending quotations 1-2 months before expiration to all resellers
- Coordinate project timeline
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a tertiary qualification
- Have effective oral and written communication skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of staff
- Be meticulous, with attention to detail and follow-up
- Work well within a team environment
- Be proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of network infrastructure is a valuable addition
