Job responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to Property Division including preparation of tenancy, Option to Purchase and documentations and to administer tasks accordingly and completed timely.
- Manage day to day tenancy related matters and address tenants’ feedback and requests promptly.
- Ensure proper handing and takeover of premises to/from tenants / buyers
- Address and respond to enquiry, feedback, and requests for property related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation filing record in orderly manner.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualified preferably in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Facilities Management or equivalent qualifications.
- 1 – 3 years of related experience in Property Sales, Leasing, Property Management, office administration
- Possess strong interpersonal, technical, and follow-up skills.
