Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, or related field.
• With more than four years of experience in Sales Operations or related fields within a high-tech product company.
• Proficient in Oracle, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Design Registration process for distribution business
• Organize and maintain databases to assist in business reporting
• Data validation and cleanup to support new system rollout and integration
• Documenting Channel Sales Operations business processes
• Manage and process POS and claims of Distributors
• Reconcile and oversee Distributors' Inventory
• Manage Stock Rotation Program
• Support Rebate Claims process
