Customer Acquisition Executive

Looking for Customer Acquisition Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively pursue lead generation through calling prospective SME businesses.
  2. Follow-up closely on qualified leads, managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals and presentations for qualified clients.
  3. Building rapport and maintaining good relationship with clients.
  4. Identify and map business strength and customers needs.
  5. Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
  6. Understanding company's business models and have good product knowledge.


Skills:

  1. Building strong customer relationship by handling customer expectation in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and improve operations costs.
  3. Gain knowledge and exposure from conducting market researches, reports and understand consumers' needs from the process.
  4. Work closely with business partners and clients to widen company's profile and market base.
  5. Ability to keep track and draw out sales reports to assist in pipeline planning of the company.
  6. Good product knowledge and softskills.
