Looking for Customer Acquisition Executive
Responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue lead generation through calling prospective SME businesses.
- Follow-up closely on qualified leads, managing the entire sales cycle, preparing proposals and presentations for qualified clients.
- Building rapport and maintaining good relationship with clients.
- Identify and map business strength and customers needs.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
- Understanding company's business models and have good product knowledge.
Skills:
- Building strong customer relationship by handling customer expectation in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and improve operations costs.
- Gain knowledge and exposure from conducting market researches, reports and understand consumers' needs from the process.
- Work closely with business partners and clients to widen company's profile and market base.
- Ability to keep track and draw out sales reports to assist in pipeline planning of the company.
- Good product knowledge and softskills.
