Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Support the Sales Dept in carrying out day-to-day administrative duties.

- Tracking & monitoring approved stocks to ensure deliveries are duly arranged.

- Ensuring sales quotes are duly processed into Sales orders and in accordance with the policy and procedure.

- Maintain proper filing of sales enquiries and quotations.

- Ensure proper documentation, records and filling.

- Responding to emails, phone queries, etc.

- Coordinate and work closely with the Sales Dept and Purchasing Dept.

- Handle general administration duties.

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.


Requirements

- Obtained at least a Diploma in any field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Positive working attitude, demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

- Meticulous & high sensitivity in managing confidential reports.

- Knowledge of MS Office & proficiency in Excel.

- Must be willing to learn.

- Able to start work immediately
