Job Description:
- Carry out periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the property.
- Keep proper records of M&E readings and monitor the performance of plant and equipment.
- Check all service contractors and sub-contractors on-site work and to report irregularities to the PO or/and CM.
- Attend to complaints received through feedback from the management office.
- Carry out minor tasks assigned by the Property Officer or/and Complex Manager with regard to the physical maintenance of the property (e.g. escorting of vendors, changing bulbs, painting, minor repairs etc.)
- Any other duties assigned by the Complex Manager.
Job Requirements:
- NTC Certificate on Facilities technology, mechanical or electrical
- At least 6 years and above MCST Experience in managing residential, industrial or mixed development
