We are currently looking for dedicated Landscape Technical Officer to join our team. As a Landscape Technical Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our landscape architects by providing technical expertise and assistance in various aspects of project development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of sustainable outdoor spaces while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Landscape Architect and team to support project development and execution;
- Assist in the implementation of design concepts and plans under the guidance of Senior Landscape architects and Senior Landscape Technical;
- Assisting in the preparation of technical drawings, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD and Revit;
- Support the selection of materials, plants, and sustainable design solutions in accordance with project requirements;
- Assist in the coordination of landscape elements with other disciplines such as architecture and engineering.
- Assisting in preparation of tender specification and document;
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, including assisting in site inspections and coordination with contractors.
Requirements
- Diploma in Landscape Architecture or a related field;
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft office including powerpoint, word, excel and other relevant design software is advantage;
- Knowledge in Revit and have done basic modelling;
- Proficient in technical drawing skills and familiarity with construction documentation;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements;
- Willing to learn and open to sharing;
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving;
- Previous experience or internship in a related field is preferred.
